  • What are the costs associated with IOPS courses?

    Course fees vary depending on the level and type of course. Detailed pricing information is available on the course-specific pages on our website. We also offer flexible payment plans to accommodate different financial needs.

  • Are there any discounts available for multiple course enrollments?

    Yes, we offer discounts for students enrolling in multiple courses or for group enrollments. Please contact our sales team for more information about current discount offers.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Details on payment options will be provided during the enrollment process.

  • Do you have short courses?

    Yes, We have 2-3 days courses such as Legal Writing, Memorandum and Minute Taking, Healthy Living and First Aid courses. The prices of these ad hoc courses ranges form N50,000 to N75,000.

  • What is the course duration?

    There are three Certifications in our Intermediate Programme; each of which takes one month. The complete Intermediate programme takes twelve weeks (12). The Diploma Paralegal Studies is a 9-month courses Advanced Paralegal Services Programme will be a 9-week programme when it becomes available. Each certification costs N100,000 when taken singly. If all three certifications are taken together there is a discount so it costs N250,000.

  • How long does it take for training to begin after the registration?

    Training begins immediately after registration.

  • How soon after the training will I receive my certificate?

    After examinations are graded, Certifications can be received online. The Institute aims to issue certificates within a month of grading.

  • Is there a trial period for the courses offered?

    We do not offer trial periods for our courses. However, we provide detailed course previews and syllabi on our website to help you make an informed decision before enrolling.

  • Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with a course?

    Our refund policy is outlined in our terms and conditions. Generally, refunds are available within a specified period after enrollment if certain conditions are met. Please review our refund policy or contact our support team for more details.

  • Is your program approved?

    Yes, our program is government approved having been registered as a Company limited by guarantee at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), after we met all egal requirements such as a letter of approval from the Federal Attorney General. The Institute is also registered as a service provider by the Nigerian Bar Association(NBA)’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education.

  • Is your certificate Valid Nationwide?

    Yes.

  • Does the Institute guarantee me a job?

    No, we do not provide jobs, but we connect our students to available job opportunities in the industry. The candidate would have to prove to the prospective employer that he/she is the best candidate for the job.

  • Can I practice outside Nigeria as a Paralegal with IOPS certificate.

    That will depend on the organization employing and the ability of the trainee to demonstrate that he has acquired the required skills.

  • What are the advantages to the law firm that train their Paralegal staff?

  • Where can a paralegal work?

    Paralegals work in law firms, legal organisations or departments in organizations such as banks, mortgage companies, airlines, churches, non-profit organizations and many more… However, you may also work independently on a contract with different attorneys but a licensed attorney is ultimately responsible for a Paralegal’s performance on specifically delegated substantive legal work.
